So I grew up going to the fair with my parents every October….and I still love the fair, not so much the rides anymore but just walking around and taking it all in. After all, at the very least you are guarantee some PRIME people watching opportunities. The weather was a little rainy this year, but my fiance is such a good sport and we made it a great time anyways!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The food at the fair is crazy! I love the classics, funnel cakes, elephant ears, the corn dogs….

But I really love the new and wacky creations that come out every year. Here are some of the craziest offerings we found!

 

This guy had the best habitat in the building, complete with waterfall and fond.

I can’t help it, I just got to have some fair fish, especially with my carnival baby shower coming up this weekend, wouldn’t these be a darling addition? So I played, and won 2! Here I am with my golden gold fish tickets!
